About the event
Circle of Security Parenting
Circle of Security Parenting is an eight-week class that helps caregivers better understand what children may be communicating through their behavior and emotions. Parents learn how to support their child’s need for both connection and exploration, respond during difficult moments, and strengthen the parent-child relationship.
The class is facilitated by Tracey Pearson, MSW, LIMHP, IMH-E®, a licensed mental health professional and infant mental health specialist with extensive experience supporting children, parents, and families. Tracey brings a warm, practical, and nonjudgmental approach that helps caregivers feel comfortable learning, reflecting, and asking honest questions. Her goal is not to teach perfect parenting, but to help parents feel more connected, confident, and prepared.
