Youth Care & Beyond provides individualized in-home, family, and living supports for children, adults, and families. Our programs are designed to strengthen safety, support daily stability, build reliable routines, and help people remain connected to the homes and relationships that matter to them.

Living & Community Supports

Best Friends

Reliable in-home support for children and adults who live with their families.

Best Friends provides individualized support for people with developmental disabilities, helping with daily routines, life skills, supervision, and community participation.

 

Opportunities

Supported living for adults in their own homes or apartments.

Opportunities helps adults with developmental disabilities maintain safe, stable daily living with support tailored to their routines, choices, and needs.

 

Transitions Shared Living

A supportive home with consistent, individualized care.

Transitions Shared Living connects youth and adults with trained providers who offer daily support, supervision, encouragement, and connection in a family-style home.

I would place a small label under Transitions:

Serving eligible youth through CFS and adults through DDS.

Family Support Services

Family Support

Practical in-home support that helps families build greater stability.

Family Support Services helps children and families strengthen routines, access resources, meet case plan goals, and manage everyday challenges.

Parenting and Visitation Services

Supporting safe visits and stronger parent-child relationships.

Parenting and Visitation Services provide structured support, coaching, transportation, and documentation during parenting time and family visits.

Intensive Family Preservation

Focused support when family safety or placement is at immediate risk.

Intensive Family Preservation provides short-term, intensive in-home support to reduce immediate risk, strengthen caregivers, and help families move toward greater stability.
